I'm back and sharing my latest scrapbook page for Creative Scrappers! This is Juliet, the daughter of my friend's Robert and Vanessa, and I'm her pseudo auntie. They live in Arizona and I try to visit them a couple times a year. I made this layout over a month ago, but it's fitting that the sketch is being shared now, because I'm going to see this little munchkin and her beautiful family next weekend. I've been counting down the days for two months now. I wish I was closer, but I love seeing how much she's grown and changed between visits.
Have I told you lately how much I love being part of the Creative Scrappers design team? I think Kristine Davidson and Juliana Michaels create the most fantastic sketches. Here's Sketch 281, which inspired this layout. Play along with us and get a chance to win the November Main Kit from Paper Camellia!
I made my own background starting with some silver cardstock that I've had for years and added various heart stamps and layers of washi tape, which were torn and outlined. I also used the Glitz Wild and Free collection for the paper layers and added lots of stickers, including those great triangles and arrows.
