It's time for the Oscars! When folks were excited about the Super Bowl a few weeks ago, I just kept thinking it meant the Oscars are around the corner. Usually we host a party at our house, but this year we're headed to a friend's house where we will eat our childhood comfort food (ala Boyhood) and dress in our best pajama chic. In addition to my love of movies, I love games. So I've created two games for tomorrow's party - a bingo game and a game predicting the winners. I crafted these envelopes which hold our ballots and bingo cards. If I'd thought ahead, these would have also made great Oscar party invites.
The envelopes were really just an excuse to use all this fabulous sparkly DCWV paper, which is perfect for an Oscar party. Bows have been popular in paper crafting lately and I didn't realize how easy it is to make my own. I used my newly acquired envelope punch board and a youtube tutorial to craft these.
DCWV Supplies used: Glitzy Glitter Cardstock Stack (envelope), The Shimmer Stack (scallop circle), and The Cardstock Stack (bows - double sided and foiled).
